Device Depot Notice

  • Dear Parents, Guardians, and Staff, In the event we have to pivot to virtual instruction, please follow the information below if you are in need of any IT assistance or having any district related technology issues.  If you are in need of a device for your student who is in grades Pre-K-12 to engage in virtual learning, please contact the main office of the school your child attends. Technology staff will be onsite to provide assistance or to exchange devices. Thank you,NBPS Technology Department

Remote Support & Extended Support

  • During virtual learning, staff and students can call in by phone to speak to a technician for any district-related technology issue, and the IT Support Ticket System will continue to provide support as well. The Data Center is available to handle OnCourse and OnCourse Connect related issues via phone support.

    Please note that the Technology Department can only respond to issues pertaining to New Brunswick Public Schools issued equipment such as student and staff Chromebooks, staff laptops, NBPS account logins, and district approved applications

    Technology Support Hours 

    • Technicians will be available Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 am - 4:00 pm.

    • We encourage users to submit a ticket detailing the problem/request to the IT Support Ticket System.
