Remote Support & Extended Support
During virtual learning, staff and students can call in by phone to speak to a technician for any district-related technology issue, and the IT Support Ticket System will continue to provide support as well. The Data Center is available to handle OnCourse and OnCourse Connect related issues via phone support.
Please note that the Technology Department can only respond to issues pertaining to New Brunswick Public Schools issued equipment such as student and staff Chromebooks, staff laptops, NBPS account logins, and district approved applications.

Technology Support Hours
Technicians will be available Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 am - 4:00 pm.
We encourage users to submit a ticket detailing the problem/request to the IT Support Ticket System.

Device Depot for Replacement of Devices:
- Device does not power on
- Screen is broken, cracked, or does not display
