The New Brunswick High School Athletic Hall of Fame inducted its 25th class of honorees on Saturday, October 14, 2023, at a dinner ceremony at the school. This year's class includes ten athletes, a championship team, and two honorary members.

The athletes being inducted are:

• Rodolfo Castro ('12)
• Peter Catanese ('61)
• Jamal James ('95)
• Ronald Hush ('67)
• Tommy L. Jones ('75)
• Keith Morris ('08)
• Ray Magee ('83)
• Walter Virgil ('73)
• Tiara Bryant ('11)
• Tina Jones ('15)

The 2003 Central Jersey Group II State Champion football team was also inducted. That team featured 13 Division I football players, and 3 NFL players and had 2 Super Bowl rings!

The two honorary members inducted were Coach Oscar D. Overby and Christiana Dawson Leon.

Each inductee was recognized and presented with an award in front of family and friends.

All proceeds from the ticket sales go towards scholarships for graduating NBHS Scholar Athletes.

This event was a great opportunity to celebrate the accomplishments of some of New Brunswick High School's most outstanding athletes and athletic contributors.
