Public Legal Notices Information

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 35:3-5, that beginning on or before March 1, 2026, the complete text of each legal notice issued on behalf of the New Brunswick Board of Education will be made available for public inspection on the official New Brunswick Public Schools website. Legal notices may also be viewed through the New Jersey Secretary of State’s legal notices website.

In accordance with New Jersey Law and recent legislation mondernizing public communications, the District's website serves as the primary location for the publication of required notices.  Current notices will be posted for the duration required by law, and an archived of previously published notices will be maintained for one (1) year at no cost to the public.
