The New Brunswick Adult Learning Center is a TASC High School Equivalency Testing Center.Since we are a public school, we will be unable to offer the TASC High School Equivalency Exam in person at the New Brunswick Adult Learning Center until the Governor's Stay at Home Order is lifted and we are provided with guidance for opening public school buildings.The health, safety and welfare of our students, our staff and our visitors is a primary concern for us. We do understand that some our adult students want to take the High School Equivalency Exam as soon as possible.TASC is currently not offering remote testing, however, there are other options that may help testers to reach this important goal. If you are interested, please check ETS HiSet a a possible option for remote testing.Please stay healthy and safe. We hope to re-open the New Brunswick Adult Learning Center soon where we will continue to prepare, empower and inspire the adults and youth of New Brunswick community.Starting Monday September 14, 2020Registration must be completed in person:Mondays and Tuesdays 9:00am - 2:00pmSummer hours (July 1-August 30): Mondays and Tuesday 1:00pm to 2:30pmPlease be sure to check our calendar for holiday closings.Two (2) acceptable forms of identification are required.The fee for first time testers is $106.00. Only money orders are accepted.New Brunswick Public Schools has waived the administrative fee for New Brunswick City residents. The fee for first time testers who are New Brunswick residents is $56.00.Only money orders are accepted.You must provide proof of New Brunswick City residence.Please ask about our Adult Basic Skills, High School Equivalency Preparation or our other adult education offerings.
