District Device Depot

  • New Brunswick Public Schools is pleased to announce that the Device Depot will be expanding to three additional locations for students and staff starting on Wednesday, September 23rd.  Tuesday, September 22nd will be regularly scheduled at the Middle School. We encourage all students and staff to please continue to submit an IT Support Ticket through our web-based ticketing system.
     
    Schedule
    • Tuesday, September 22nd 
      New Brunswick Middle School Gymnasium — 9:00 am to 2:00 pm

    • September 23rd, 25th, 28th, 30th & October 2nd  
      Four locations (McKinley, Redshaw, Middle School, Woodrow Wilson) — 8:30 am - 11:30 am on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. 

     
    Device Depot for Replacement of Devices:
    • Device does not power on.
    • Screen is broken, cracked, or does not display.
    • Keyboard does not function
    • Mouse does not function
    • Replacement charger

Remote Support & Extended Support

  • During virtual learning, staff and students can call in by phone to speak to a technician for any district-related technology issue, and the IT Support Ticket System will continue to provide support as well. The Data Center is available to handle OnCourse and OnCourse Connect related issues via phone support.

    Please note that the Technology Department can only respond to issues pertaining to New Brunswick Public Schools issued equipment such as student and staff Chromebooks, staff laptops, NBPS account logins, and district approved applications

    Technology Support Hours 

    • Technicians will be available Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 am - 4:00 pm.

    • We encourage users to submit a ticket detailing the problem/request to the IT Support Ticket System.
