Test To Stay Program (TTS)
New Brunswick Public Schools will be instituting a voluntary K-12 COVID-19 Test to Stay Program (TTS) for students who are exposed to a person with COVID-19 in school and allows the student to stay in school and continue in-person learning. Students who participate in the test to stay (TTS) program will be required to be tested on Day 1 and Day 5 and parental permission is required to participate in this program.
Test to Stay (TTS)
Test to stay (TTS) program will allow asymptomatic students who are exposed to a person with COVID-19 to continue in-person learning during the school day. Students who participate in the test to stay (TTS) program will be required to be tested on Day 1 and Day 5.
Eligibility: Participation in TTS will be limited to:
- Students that do not have any signs or symptoms of COVID-19.
- Meet the criteria of a close contact of a confirmed COVID-19 case.
- Able to wear a well fitting mask during the school day.
Testing frequency:
- Students may continue to attend in-person instruction and then submit to testing on Day 1 and Day 5.
