  • Community Resources

A number of food pantries as well as non-profits in New Brunswick and Middlesex County New Jersey can provide free groceries and assistance to local residents. They also help the community by serving meals or offering applications to SNAP and government benefits. Many charities pass out free bags of groceries to low income families in the region as well. Below is information on the local food banks to call for help, including their phone numbers and addresses. Many of the pantries do have limited hours, or certain conditions that need to be met by applicants, so you may want to call in advance.
